We are able to bring these employees in at a young age and grow them into really great technicians,” stated Hannah Vassar, Human Resource Generalist for Van Horn Automotive Group.
Van Horn Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep of Plymouth will provide Swigert with on-the-job training and mentoring while he attends the automotive program at – Lakeshore Technical College (LTC) in Cleveland, WI. “Justin has taken the knowledge he has learned at Sheboygan North HS/LTC and works diligently each day to apply it to his job daily here at VH,” added Marc Shuman, Service Manager and Justin’s mentor at Van Horn Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep. Many times we hear “Why should I take my vehicle to a dealership for my oil change?”
The answer is quite simple. The dealership visit offers a lot more than just changing the oil and installing a new oil filter. Your vehicle receives a complimentary inspection by factory trained technicians including many items that the “quick lube” facilities may not perform.
You can be confident that when your oil change is complete, the following items have been checked and inspected by technicians familiar with your Chrysler product. All fluids will meet the manufacturers specifications and topped off if needed, all parts will be factory specific (OEM), steering and suspension components are inspected, tires are inspected and inflated to specifications, the cooling system and drivetrain will be inspected for leaks, all lights will be inspected, and the air filter will be checked.
