Van Horn Return & Exchange Policy

3 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND 7 DAY VEHICLE EXCHANGE

As a valued customer, Van Horn Automotive Group Holdings, LLC (“Van Horn”) wants you to be completely satisfied with your pre-owned vehicle purchase. We are offering a 3 day satisfaction guarantee as well as a 7 day vehicle exchange. The guarantee and exchange are subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.


3 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

1. Only applies to pre-owned vehicle purchases.
2. If customer decides that they are no longer satisfied with the vehicle purchase, customer has three (3) days from the date and time vehicle delivery was accepted by customer to return the vehicle to the dealership from where customer purchased the vehicle at.
3. This 3 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is made a part of the Motor Vehicle Purchase Contract and, if applicable, Retail Installment Sales Contract entered into between Customer and Van Horn.
4. Customer must have purchased the vehicle from a Van Horn affiliated dealership in “good faith.” “Good faith” means vehicle was purchased for personal use with the intention to keep the vehicle.
5. Customer must pay $1000 re-stocking fee at the time of return if customer is no longer satisfied with the vehicle purchase.
6. In order to be eligible, the vehicle must have less than 300 miles above the odometer reading noted on the title application.
7. If customer traded in a vehicle as part of the purchase, and the traded in vehicle was sold, Van Horn will refund the value of the trade. If Van Horn has paid off a trade in vehicle customer must reimburse Van Horn. Customer will remain responsible for any negative equity owed to the lender on the traded vehicle.


7 Day Vehicle Exchange Terms and Conditions:

1. Only applies to pre-owned vehicle purchases.
2. If customer decides that they are no longer satisfied with the vehicle purchase, customer has seven (7) days from the date and time vehicle delivery was accepted by customer to exchange the vehicle for another vehicle from the dealership customer purchased the vehicle at. Only one exchange will be allowed.
3. This 7 Day Vehicle Exchange is made a part of the Motor Vehicle Purchase Contract and, if applicable, the Retail Installment Sales Contract entered into between Customer and Van Horn.
4. Customer must have purchased the vehicle from a Van Horn affiliated dealership in “good faith.” “Good faith” means vehicle was purchased for personal use with the intention to keep the vehicle.
5. No re-stocking fee will apply to a vehicle exchange.
6. In order to be eligible, the vehicle must have less than 700 miles above the odometer reading noted on the title application.
7. The customer may exchange the vehicle for another vehicle of the same price. If the vehicle the customer wants for the exchange is higher in price, customer will have to pay the difference. If the vehicle the customer wants is less in price, Van Horn will refund the difference. This would all be subject to bank approval if applicable.
8. If customer traded in a vehicle as part of the purchase, and the traded in vehicle was sold, Van Horn will refund the value of the trade. If Van Horn has paid off a trade in vehicle customer must reimburse Van Horn. Customer will remain responsible for any negative equity owed to the lender on the traded vehicle.
