Repaired for Life – Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to buy a vehicle from Van Horn to be eligible for Repaired for Life?

No. You are only required to have your vehicle repaired by an authorized Van Horn Service Center.

What DOES Repaired For Life cover?

Our Repaired For Life Program covers all parts and labor the second time your vehicle needs the same
repair from a previous visit at a Van Horn Service Center. Repair your vehicle with us and your parts
and labor will have a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle.

What DOESN’T Repaired For Life cover?
  • Parts not listed as “Covered Parts” such as filters, fluids, belts, bulbs, tires, spark plugs, body panels, trim, paint, wheels, etc.
  • Repairs under $200 per line item.
  • Misuse, abuse, or modification after repair.
  • Consequential damage between covered and non-covered parts.
  • Damage caused for failure to secure prompt repair of the failed covered parts. Any damage resulting from continued operation of an impaired vehicle will constitute failure to protect your vehicle and will not be covered under this warranty.
  • Additional exclusions apply – see full terms below.

What if my vehicle currently has a factory warranty or extended service contract?

You’re protected! A factory warranty or our extended service contracts should already cover your repair
costs, which would exclude you from needing the Repaired For Life Program.

What about wear and tear repairs like hoses, spark plugs, tires, wipers, light bulbs and filters?

Wear and tear parts are excluded, but brakes and batteries are covered.
