VAN HORN AUTOMOTIVE GROUP ACQUIRES LUPIENT KIA OF MILWAUKEE

Employee Owned Auto Group expands into Milwaukee market adjacent to Honda of Glendale

Glendale, WI – September 2026 – Van Horn Automotive Group acquired Lupient Kia of Milwaukee, expanding the employee-owned automotive group’s presence in the Milwaukee metropolitan market and adding a second Kia dealership to its portfolio.

The dealership has reopened, as Van Horn Kia of Glendale, located at 6030 N. Green Bay Ave., Glendale, Wisconsin. The acquisition expands Van Horn’s sales and service presence for Milwaukee-area customers while continuing the groups investment in the Glendale Community. The dealership’s new website will be VHKiaGlendale.com. Lupient Automotive Group, headquartered in Golden Valley, Minnesota, has owned and operated Kia of Milwaukee since 2017.

Van Horn Kia of Glendale will become the group’s second Kia dealership. Van Horn acquired its first Kia dealership in 2020. That operation, Van Horn Kia of Sheboygan, relocated into a newly constructed gallery facility in Sheboygan in April 2025.

The acquisition also marks Van Horn Automotive Group’s second new car dealership in the Milwaukee metro market. Van Horn Kia of Glendale is located adjacent to Van Horn Honda of Glendale. That Honda dealership opened its new facility earlier this year, further establishing Van Horn’s presence in the Glendale and the surrounding Milwaukee community.

To celebrate the opening of Van Horn Kia of Glendale, Van Horn is extending that commitment to the community through a partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee, one of the automotive group’s primary charitable partners.

For every vehicle sold at Van Horn Kia of Glendale through October 31, 2026, Van Horn will donate $100 to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee, supporting the organization’s mission of creating and supporting meaningful mentoring relationships for local youth.
