VAN HORN AUTOMOTIVE EXPANDS PARTNERSHIP WITH BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS OF AMERICA
Van Horn Automotive Group is excited to announce a more extensive sponsorship program with Big Brothers Big Sisters in 2021. While Van Horn Automotive Group has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters for several years, the relationship has been mostly in the Sheboygan County area. This year, Van Horn has committed to events in 8 BBBS Agency markets including all 17 Van Horn dealership locations. Events will range from bowling and golf to picnics, galas and culinary events.
“We wanted to offer our employees a fun way to get involved with a charity we love and respect,” said Teresa Van Horn, Co-CEO of Van Horn Automotive Group. “Part of our mission is to ‘Empower People,’ and that aligns with the vision of Big Brothers Big Sisters to help youth achieve their full potential.” Van Horn intends to organize additional fundraisers throughout the year, and educate employees on the benefits of becoming a “Big,” or mentor to a child. “We’re grateful for corporate partners like Van Horn Automotive Group, who see the many ways a partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters can make a real difference in the lives of youth we serve and the community we call home,” said Denise Wittstock, CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters WI Shoreline (formerly BBBS Sheboygan County).
