Van Horn Joins Habitat for Humanity for ‘Rock the Block’
Van Horn Automotive Group joined forces with other Sheboygan area businesses and community members for ‘Rock the Block’; a neighborhood revitalization event through Habitat for Humanity Lakeside. Through ‘Rock the Block,’ Habitat provides affordable financing for exterior home repairs and community projects in a designated neighborhood. This year’s event took place in the Sheridan Park neighborhood of Sheboygan, WI. Community partners assist with additional services, such as brush removal, lighting improvements and fire safety checks. “We’re happy to see our employees volunteer their time to making our community a better place,” said Jeri Johnson, Director of Human Resources, Van Horn Automotive Group. “Not only does it connect Van Horn employees through a common purpose, but also with members of our business community and our fellow neighbors.”
